Hello, all!
Thank you all for another great week… and it was awesome to be able to finally say hello “in person”.
Zach and I chatted today and he said you all are doing excellent, as well that he is so proud of your commitment to your businesses. As a fellow entrepreneur who works with Zach, I am excited to see and hear about your growth experiences - both personally and professionally!

WEEK 2 RECAP
The Avanzar Week 2 Accelerator training focused on the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The BMC helps entrepreneurs to identify and clarify the most important aspects of your business.

CLASS 2 HOMEWORK
Your homework for this week is to complete the following tasks:
Business Model Canvas: Complete your BMC and send it to Zach (zach@startsupported.com) for review and feedback. If you need a new or fresh copy, you can find it at startsupported.com/avanzar-pdfs
Strengths Finder: Email me (heather@startsupported.com) to confirm you need access to the Strengths Finder Assessment.
Class Survey: It’s not too late to let us know your thoughts on the first class. Please give us your thoughts by completing this class survey as soon as possible.
CLASS 3 PRE-WORK
Session 3 is focused on identifying your Ideal Customer and Chartering their “Buyers Journey”.
Identifying your Ideal Customer is a deeper dive into the Customer Segment section of the BMC (think Demographics, Psychographics, Geography, Behavior, etc)
The Buyers Journey is a method of identifying the psychology and mental decisions made by your clients as they seek out your product or service… or an alternative. This will become the framework of your marketing plan
Prior to class 3, please take a moment to complete the following pre-work:
Watch: Buyers Journey Video
Read: The Buyers Journey: Which Types of Content to Create for Every Stage
Chime In: Add to our class list of “marketing activities” that you would like to use/feel confident that you could be successfully using.
